The Hollow Sanctuary

This Scene makes think of how one can find life even in a place of darkness.
This Scene is heavily inspired by the amazing work done by Sam Delfanti: Underneath - https://www.artstation.com/artwork/1nxvQ3.
After he released his work I was inspired to try and make it by myself in unreal over the winter break using the tools I have learned.

This scene was particularly fun to work on as it is very simple to create but difficult to make it look very good. I learned a lot about how to light an environment such as a cave, I also learned about the composition of cameras and using post-processing, depth of field and other tools to make it look the way I wanted it to look. This was my first time using speed tree as well and learning how to make different trees using speed tree
